This policy explains what zeltez.com ("Zeltez", "we") collects and why. We collect as little as possible.
1. What we collect
- Google sign-in (optional): your email address, display name, and profile picture, as provided by Google when you sign in.
- Anonymous usage logs: which market areas are viewed (e.g. a city or ZIP), used in aggregate. These logs are not tied to your identity.
2. How we use it
- Account data powers your Watchlist (saving markets across devices) and community posts.
- Anonymous view logs power the Trending ranking of popular markets.
We do not sell your data, show third-party ads, or share personal data with third parties.
3. Where it is stored
Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (a serverless database hosted on Cloudflare's infrastructure).
4. Cookies & local storage
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, and browser local storage to remember preferences such as your last map view and Watchlist cache. No third-party tracking cookies are set.
5. Your rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU/EEA or a similar jurisdiction, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. We process account data on the basis of your consent (sign-in) and legitimate interest (aggregate analytics).
6. Deletion requests
To delete your account and associated data, email [email protected]. We will action requests within 30 days.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
