Zeltez provides real-estate market information aggregated from public records and published market indices. All values are informational estimates, provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Nothing on the Service constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice.
2. Prohibited: Automated Access & Scraping
You may not, without prior written permission from Zeltez:
- scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Service by any automated means (bots, scripts, headless browsers, or otherwise);
- bulk-download, mirror, or reconstruct any substantial portion of the Zeltez database;
- circumvent or attempt to circumvent rate limits, bot detection, or any other technical protection measure;
- resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit data obtained from the Service.
Violations may result in immediate blocking, account termination, and legal action. Search-engine indexing of public pages in accordance with robots.txt is permitted.
3. Accounts
Sign-in is provided via Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Community Content
You own what you post and are responsible for it. Do not post unlawful, abusive, or spam content. We may remove content or restrict posting at our discretion.
5. Changes
We may update the Service and these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
