Zeltez turns place questions into evidence-backed maps. The AI creates a judgment axis from the question, searches current and durable local sources, and applies only geographically provable evidence to real administrative boundaries.

Confidence labels
- Cross-checked — confirmed by two or more independent sources or an official index.
- Estimate — single reputable source or modeled from a closely related index.
- Rough estimate — limited data available; treat as indicative only.
We do not turn a search result into a location merely because the query mentioned one. A district must be explicitly named by the source and pass root-containment checks before it can receive a color. Where evidence or an exact boundary is missing, the area stays neutral.
How colors are decided
Every mappable question gets its own axis. Green means the district has source-backed evidence matching the user's requested condition; red means it has source-backed evidence for the opposite or undesirable condition; amber means mixed evidence; gray means insufficient evidence. Colors from one axis are never reused for a different axis.
Update cadence
Current web evidence is refreshed per question and cached for a short period. Administrative boundaries are cached longer because their stable identities change less often. Domain-specific indices, including housing data, retain their own publication cadence.
